Aviators Coffee Co. began with a mission: fuel every day with handcrafted drinks and community spirit. Founded in Sacramento by Riley & Kevin, we combined our passion for aviation and espresso into a mobile café that brings lift to every cup.
From early morning brews to event-based joy, we aim to elevate the ordinary coffee experience with intention, creativity, and friendly service.

Meet Riley & Kevin
Riley, a licensed pilot with a love for process, teamed up with Kevin, a seasoned food and beverage expert, to build something grounded in flavor and fueled by adventure. Together, they’re steering Aviators Coffee Co. with clarity, care, and killer lattes.
