Tips & Tricks!
Brewing Directions
Brewing Tips:
1. Grind Size:
- For drip coffee makers, aim for a medium grind.
- If using a French press, opt for a coarser grind.
- For espresso, go for a fine grind.
2. Water Temperature:
- Use water heated to around 195-205°F (90-96°C) to bring out the roast's full flavor profile without scorching the delicate notes.
3. Brew Ratio:
- A good starting point is a 1:15 ratio of coffee to water (e.g., 1 gram of coffee per 15 grams of water). Adjust to your taste preference.
4. Brewing Method:
For a balanced cup that highlights the milk chocolate and berry notes, try a pour-over method like a Chemex or V60.
French press lovers will appreciate the full-bodied, velvety texture this roast offers.
Espresso enthusiasts can expect a rich, smooth shot with a sweet finish.
5. Storage:
- Keep your beans in an airtight container, stored in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness.
